Casey – Dog Boarding Guest from Toronto, ON
Casey is a very unique dog. He is a dachshund from Toronto, ON and is absolutely the cutest dog. He really enjoys just laying around, and absolutely loves my bed. The reason why he loves beds so much is because he takes his little tiny nose, and starts to create little tunnels underneath the sheets, and just sleeps there for hours underneath the blankets. Its always really easy to find him because there would be a small hump in the blankets, and you can hear him snore from the door. I get a good laugh when i take my walks with him. He has really tiny legs so when he walks or even runs, they move so fast that you cant even see them. Due to his short legs, he cant walk for any longer than thirty minutes before wanting to sit down and rest every three meters. First time i walked with him, i was with my son, and we had no idea that he couldn’t walk for very long. So my son ended up having to carry him in his arms back home. It was the funniest walk ever, it was more exercise for my son rather than Casey. He also has the rare skill of being able to stand on his hind legs, and since he has a very long body and short legs, its a very funny sight to see. He is a delightful dog to have around, and will always leave you smiling.
Zeus – a dog boarding guest from Etobicoke, Ontario
Zeus is one of the regulars to our dog boarding from Etobicoke, ON, and comes to stay with me very often. He is a Yorkie mix, and he is a very special doggy that needs a lot of love. Not everyone could take care for Zeus, he is a puppy with many needs. When I wake up every morning, hes already pumped raring to go for a walk. The funny thing is, is that he is one of the only dogs that I know that prefer to walk with a leash, where as most dogs would love to just run around. But not Zeus, he just loves my company when we walk. After the walk I have to start cooking his special meal. He has a very special diet, so I always wake up a little early just to cook for him. He also has many allergies, so I always have to keep him in sight and keep my eye on him. I also have to give him a needle fairly often to ensure that his allergies don’t trouble him. Needless to say, it takes a lot of work to take care of him, and not everyone could do it. I love taking care of him, and look forward to each of his visits.
Buster – Dog boarding guest from Georgetown, ON
Buster is a very delightful puppy. He comes to our dog boarding facility from Georgetown, Ontario. There are a few things that I notice right away when I see him that just make me smile. He is pretty much a tiny fluff ball, he has so much fur that you cant even tell where his tail and head are. The very second i even see buster he just makes me want to pet him. He instantly starts wagging his tail in delight, and hops up and down with his tiny tongue hanging out. He has a favourite toy that he loves to play with. Its a little a stuffed ant, and he could play catch with it all day. When you actually throw the ant, Buster sprints as fast as he can, and jumps to get the ant. Even though Buster is an amazing dog now, there were a couple of things i had to teach buster to make him who he is today. When i first met him, he was a little shy towards the other dogs. So I had to help him communicate with the other dogs, and got him to be a little more playful and he gets more involved when other dogs are playing.
